What to do?

Simply use a cream with a protective factor (SPF). Daily application of a cream with a protection factor of 30 or 50 can significantly reduce the damage caused by the sun. It is important to apply the cream even when it is cloudy or when you are sitting in the office next to the window, because some UV rays can pass through clouds and glass. Wear protective clothing. Wide-brimmed hats, sunglasses with large lenses that cover part of the face, and UPF clothing, if necessary, can further protect the skin from harmful rays.

No less important - when applying the product, be guided only by verified information and manufacturer's recommendations, because not all products are the same even though they may contain similar ingredients. This includes visits to the doctor and regular check-ups, but also relaxed hanging out with friends or with a book in the sometimes much-needed solitude.

How to relax?

Regular physical activity is key. Exercise not only improves overall health, but also circulation, which can certainly have a positive effect on the appearance of the skin. You think about movement cumulatively - every step and step is counted in the daily result, and you compete only with yourself.
