PAYMENT METHODS
Payment in the Olival webshop is possible in the following ways:

Payment by credit and debit card in the Olival webshop is processed online through the CorvusPay system. It is possible to pay with the following cards:

After selecting "Credit card" as the payment method, a field will open for entering the card details. Card and cardholder data are not stored on our servers — the credit card number is checked and authorized directly at the card issuer's authorization center.
For card payments, the Olival webshop uses the Corvus Pay payment platform. Since the customer enters all sensitive card data on the CorvusPay payment form, which is secured with a high level of SSL encryption (256-bit encryption), the merchant does not come into contact with the card data and is not responsible for its transmission or storage.
- Bank transfer
Upon completing your purchase and selecting "Bank transfer," you will receive the payment details at the specified email address. You can pay the invoice via online banking or with a general payment slip at a bank, post office, or FINA counter. If paying from a foreign bank, all bank transaction fees are borne solely by the payer.
We ship the package once the payment is visible in our giro account. Goods are not delivered based on proof of payment.
- Cash on delivery
If you would like to pay the courier in cash, choose payment by cash on delivery. We recommend having the exact amount ready so the handover goes faster. We pack and ship the goods immediately upon receipt of the order.
NOTES: Cash on delivery (COD) is possible exclusively within the territory of Croatia.
DELIVERY
Delivery of packages is carried out to the address, via the courier service Overseas Express, DPD, post, or through the BOX NOW parcel locker network in Croatia. Packages are shipped from Croatia, EU.

Delivery to parcel lockers in Croatia costs €0.99. The promotional period lasts until 31.8.2026. Delivery takes 1-3 business days.
Overseas Express
Fast delivery (usually 1-3 business days, during sales campaigns 5-7 business days or more*).

Free delivery for orders over €29.00 applies exclusively within the territory of Croatia. THE AMOUNT REQUIRED TO REACH FREE DELIVERY IS CALCULATED AFTER THE DISCOUNT IS APPLIED.
*Delivery speed may deviate from usual during holidays, non-working days, major sales campaigns (BLACK FRIDAY), and other situations in which delivery difficulties are possible.
Abroad Note: In accordance with the provisions of Directive 2008/98/EC and Regulation (EU) 2025/40, within the EU we are only able to deliver to Slovenia and Germany. For other countries, we kindly ask customers to make their purchase on the Notino and Makeup platforms.

NOTE FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU
Additional charges are possible in countries outside the EU. Customs duties and import fees are most often charged after the package arrives in the destination country. The package may also be additionally charged handling fees and taxes. All costs on the package are settled by the end customer, i.e., the person receiving the package.
Customs policy and import duties differ from country to country. OLIVAL has no control over additional transport and import fees. For accurate information about customs fees in the relevant country, we suggest contacting the competent authorities.
IMPORTANT: Delivery times abroad depend on the specific country and the transport options, i.e., the possibilities of sending the shipment at a given moment. For any questions, we are available at info(@)olivalcosmetics.com
Calculation of the shipping amount for orders outside Croatia is available during the purchase process, upon selection of the product.
Orders and payments received Monday to Friday until 2 PM are shipped the same day. Orders and payments received on Friday after 2 PM, Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.
The shipping and delivery time of the package is, in the event of holidays and public holidays, moved to the next business day.
If you would like delivery on a specific date, please state this in the note when placing your order.
The merchant reserves the right to temporarily suspend the validity of promo codes during sales campaigns, i.e., during the validity period of other discount codes. Discounts or benefits that are automatically applied in the cart cannot be combined with other discount codes. The newsletter subscriber welcome discount can also be used after the first order.
